Name: G.I. Joe vs. Transformers #4 Manufacturer: Image Series: G.I. Joe vs. Transformers Release Date: September 2003 Details (Description): Thanks to Wheeljack, Bumblebee, and mysterious e-mails all over the world, G.I.Joe finds the location of Cobra Island and a scout team is deployed with one goal in mind: bring Optimus Prime back online. Meanwhile, the rest of the Joes gear up for a full on assault on the island, and they're bringing a piece of the ARK with them. The only one able to save Cobra could be MEGATRON - but Cobra Commander will have to release him from his prison for that to happen.
So, I love Marvel comics and do buy quite a bit. But finances don't allow me to keep up. Plus I missed a lot of Planet Hulk and the House of M (very pivitol comic seasons). So just being able to read those would be great but anything else would be awesome as well. Do you know where I can do that online for free?
I'm unsure as to any way other than to download Utorrent. and search up comics on Torrentscan.com download, and read them on something like adobe reader.
I want to read the newer comics of batman but I can't seem to find any online, any suggestions?
H33T.com, IF your service provider hasn't blocked access to certain P2P sites. Otherwise you'll need CDisplay, Bittorrent, & Isohunt.com
I am trying to sell many of the comic books that I have online. I tried ebay but I didn't get many bids for them. Is there any site that specializes in selling comic books online? Thanks.
It's possible you didn't get many bids because your comics aren't that rare or valuable, or you didn't provide the information people look for when they buy comics from eBay, or perhaps you had a starting/reserve price that was unrealistic.
eBay really is the standard way to go. You can also try craigslist so you can find interested buyers in your area who can pick the books up and hand you cash, that way you don't have to deal with shipping or online money transfers. Or take them to your local comic book store. Unless your comics are from before 1975, any other method of selling is rarely worth all the trouble
I mean I am in the middle of reading watchmen and I wanted to get into comics, but the sheer number of them out there is a little overwhelming. So, where should I begin.
I mostly read DC comics and that universe is so intertwined at times it can be confusing if you're trying to get into it. Like when I started I didn't know what the heck was happening but you can get info on Wikipedia or ask people at the comic shop.
But I say just jump right in. If you start at the beginning of a story arc it'll probably be better. On the publishers' sites they usually have the schedules of what's coming out and if it's a new arc.
Some series have "one shots"or "mini series" which are single or multi-issue stories and don't have to do with overall universe continuity. So that said, I'd highly recommend Batman: Cacaphony. It's only a 3 issue mini series written by Kevin Smith. The first issue just came out this past week and you don't have to know much about the characters. Then take it from there.
